Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
USINPAC can accept individual contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to our federal account. Any amount exceeding the federal limit ($5,000) or not permitted under federal regulations will be placed in the USINPAC Leadership Committee non-federal account.
