Call for Applications: CSIS Accelerator Series

 

CSIS is now accepting applications and nominations for  


The CSIS Accelerator Series Class of 2018


~ A training series for rising policy professionals ~ 

 

 

   Program Dates: June through December 2018

Application Deadline: May 15, 2018

Tuition: $4,000 USD*

 

We invite you to apply or nominate a high potential employee for the 2018 CSIS Accelerator Series, a training program designed to help young professionals refine their strengths in LeadershipStrategic ManagementProfessional Skills, and Communication. Working with CSIS’s top policy experts and guest coaches, participants will join a select network of 20 young professionals from CSIS and across Washington. As a cohort, participants will complete a rigorous series of experiential seminars and workshops, and learn to be strategic, ethical, and agile leaders.

Nominees and candidates should have 2-8 years of professional experience, a demonstrated interest in international security, global affairs, economics, political science, or other related area, and potential to serve in a leadership or management role.

Designed for working professionals, Accelerator courses are self-paced and conveniently held in the late afternoon at CSIS’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. Participants will have 7 months to complete 14 required courses. Those who successfully complete all requirements will receive a CSIS Certificate of Achievement.


To apply, candidates should complete the online application and submit a letter of nomination from their current supervisor.
