Working with the Trump Administration is just a click away

Washington, DCWith an impressive track record of educating lawmakers on Capitol Hill while representing the political and economic aspirations of a growing Indian American community, USINPAC has since its inception grown into a credible political presence in Washington DC. On Friday it launched a new USINPAC- Trump transition team resource page, which provides an accessible platform for Indian Americans interested in working with the incoming Trump Administration.

USINPAC regularly hosts leadership series to educate lawmakers in the US and India on various issues important to the Indian American community and for closer US-India relations. Election years have seen USINPAC hosting interactive sessions with Presidential campaigns, of both Republican and Democrat candidates. The USINPAC- Trump transition team resource microsite will be a one stop site for all queries regarding working with the new Trump Administration. During the 2016 election USINPAC actively participated with the Trump Presidential Campaign throughout the primaries, the National convention and the General election, providing an accessible platform for Indian Americans to engage, contribute and canvass for the Republican candidates from the top of the ticket to the down ballot candidates. Immediately after winning the primaries, USINPAC hosted a Google Hangout in May with key Trump surrogate, Congressman Duncan D. Hunter (R-CA-50th District). Indian Americans were a prominent presence at the Republican National Convention held in Cleveland, Ohio. Post-election victory, USINPAC moderated an interactive session with Trump Transition Team leader Congressman Lou Barletta. A recent dinner reception hosted by USINPAC with members of President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team, provided a valuable forum for the transition team to interact with professional Indian Americans interested in engaging with the Trump administration.

Sanjay Puri, Chairman of USINPAC remarked, “The launch of the USINPAC-Trump transition team page will provide a one stop site for all Indian American professionals who want to work with the new administration. We will channel your talent and innovative ideas to the transition team.”
