USINPAC India Delegation 2008

(Business and political meetings)

 (5th Anniversary)

   

Preparations are at full swing for the upcoming India delegation 2008.  It is scheduled between Dec 28, 2007 - Jan 9, 2008. 

As we have successfully done in past 4 delegations, the delegation 2008 will comprise of top business meetings in Mumbai (3, 4 Jan) and political meetings in Delhi (7, 8 and 9 Jan).  In general USINPAC delegation is a high-profile visit welcomed by the highest levels of government and industry in India. Highlights of the delegation 2008 visit will include meetings with cabinet ministers of the central Government, leaders of opposition and top executives of India’s most prominent businesses. 

This year being the anniversary year (5th anniversary), we have added a new optional component to the delegation: the Kerala visit (Dec 28th to Jan 2). We believe this part will be full of fun and will have a lot of new opportunities for the business explorations in Kerala. We will be celebrating the New Year there.

Mumbai: January 2, 3, 4 2008: Business meetings  
In Mumbai, meetings are planned to be held with chairman/CEOs/Presidents/VPs of the leading telecommunication, IT, SEZs, Biotechnology, investment banking, Real Estate, infrastructure development, medical tourism.  Meetings will span in the time period of 2 days.  Each day will have between 4-5 meetings plus networking lunches/dinners.

Delhi: January 7, 8, 9: Political meetings  
In Delhi the meetings are planned to be with Ministers of external affairs, commerce, Science  and Technology, Minister of state in PM office, Minister of chemicals, Food processing, BJP-party president: Rajnath Singh, Sitaram Yachuri, Yashwant Sinha-former finance minister, Mayawati-CM of UP and Honble. Prime Minister.  Meetings will span in the time period of 3 days.  Each day will have between 3-4 meetings plus networking lunches/dinners.

Please note that the above plan is tentative and is subject to change as per the availability and last moment changes in the schedules of the business and political leaders.  Based on the past track records, USINPAC feels proud to have very high profile meetings in past 5 years.  Any changes in meetings will be conveyed to the confirmed attendees on regular and immediate basis.

New Year in Kerala:  Celebration of our 5th anniversary!
Kochi: Dec 28th, 2007 to January 1, 2008, Location:  Le Meridien Hotel, Kerala, India
